ARMA Weekly Workout

Build strength and balance with this full-body dumbbell workout from iCON Sports Performance owner & certified strength coach Charles Dao. The complete workout consists of three rounds of the workout below using dumbbells or other household items.

1. DB CLEAN TO BOTTOM 1/2 SQUATS – 15X

2. BOTTOM 1/2 RDL’S – 10X

3. 2 WAY BENT OVER ROWS – 15X

4. DB PRESS JACKS – 20X

5. DB STRAIGHT LEG TOE TOUCHES – 30X

6. DB BURPEE SQUAT JUMPS – 15X

7. SQUAT TO ALT BOTTOM 1/2 FWD LUNGES – 10X

8. REVERSE SWINGS W/ FRONT RAISE – 15X

9. ALT SPLIT SQUAT JUMPS W/ DB – 20X

10. DB CRUNCHES – 30X
