  2. ALT PUSH UPS – 10X BALL
  3. ALT SPLIT SQUAT JUMPS – 20X BACKPACK
  4. 2-WAY BENT OVER REVERSE FLY TO FRONT RAISE – 10X CANS OR DUMBBELLS
  5. LOWER RUSSIAN TWISTS – 20X BALL
  6. HIGH PULL JACKS – 20X BACKPACK
  7. SINGLE LEG 2-WAY RAISES – 10/10X CANS OR DUMBBELLS
  8. SWINGS – 20X BACKPACK
  9. 2-WAY PRESS JACKS – 20X TUB OR COFFEE CAN
  10. ALT JACKKNIVES – 20X TUB OR COFFEE CAN
