ARMA Sport Weekly Workout | Legs and Core |

This week’s workout is a leg and core routine with certified personal trainer and director of Warhorse Games, Sydni Wessels.

The complete workout consists of 4 rounds of the workout below or 25 minutes total workout time.

Make sure you stay hydrated before, during, and after working out with ARMA BLITZ Training Complex
12 reps each:
  1. Bodyweight squat
  2. Curtsey lunge
  3. Mountain climbers
  4. Sumo squat pulse
  5. Single leg split squats
  6. Pop squats
  7. Single leg glute bridge
  8. Plank Shoulder taps
