The complete workout consists of 4 rounds of the workout below or 25 minutes total workout time.

- Bodyweight squat
- Curtsey lunge
- Mountain climbers
- Sumo squat pulse
- Single leg split squats
- Pop squats
- Single leg glute bridge
- Plank Shoulder taps
