THIS WEEK WE HAVE AN UPPER BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT FOR YOU WITH CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER AND WARHORSE GAMES DIRECTOR, SYDNI WESSELS.
THE COMPLETE ROUTINE CONSISTS OF 4X ROUNDS OF THE WORKOUT BELOW USING DUMBBELLS.
COMPLETE TWO EXERCISES AS A SUPERSET, RESTING 30 SECONDS BETWEEN SETS. ADDING TWO REPS TO EACH EXERCISE EACH ROUND.
