Unopened Products: If you would like to return an unopened product for any reason, ARMA will issue a full refund to your method of payment or offer an in-store credit to your account that can be applied to future purchases. The refund or in-store credit amount applied is the price of the product only and doesn’t include any shipping fees.
Opened Products: If you would like to return a product that you have opened, ARMA Sport reserves the right to assess and handle the returns on a case by case basis.
Damaged Products: If a product you’ve purchased is damaged during a shipment, we will send out a replacement product and provide a prepaid return label to send the damaged product back.
Incorrect Products: If a product you've received is not what you ordered, ARMA will send out a replacement product and provide a prepaid return label to send the incorrect product back.
Timeframe: Customers have a 45 day timeframe from the date of the order to submit a return claim, and anything past this does not qualify for a refund for any reason.
One-Time Exchange/Credit Policy: Items that have been previously exchanged, and credits applied for a product exchange cannot be exchanged/credited a second time.

When returning an item, we highly recommend using a shipping method that provides step-by-step tracking information to help ensure its safe arrival. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.
Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the refund or apply the in-store credit to your account.
Return Shipping Policy: ARMA Sport will provide return shipping labels for products that were shipped incorrectly (i.e., wrong item delivered), defective or damaged items, products that arrive after the expiration date, or any item that caused an adverse reaction. We cannot issue return labels for issues with taste or lack of results from a product, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when returning these items.
